“FUNDING AS USUAL” IN THE COMMUNITY SECTOR ISN’T
CUTTING IT ANYMORE.
Financially resilient organizations are best able to serve their communities and thrive. Thriving Non Profits helps organizations build a diversified financial model and entrepreneurial revenue streams.
3 participants (Board member, Executive Director and Staff) are invited to attend Thriving Non Profit’s in-person and online modules and receive organizational-specific coaching.
Thriving Non Profits includes online modules, monthly webinars, organizational group work and coaching.
Cohorts consist of 8-10 organizations that engage, learn and support each other’s success.
Each organization works with their coach to develop and present their revenue diversification action plan.
WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS SAY
I found it most valuable to gain the ability to look at things differently- ie- taking small steps and managing risk
Where else do you find a 6 month program where you get this calibre of tools and connection with colleagues – it’s unheard of.
Try this program – the nature of funding for non-profits continues to change and it is important to be on top of diversifying now.
It is very easy to fall into a silo when you are trying to fund your organization day to day and this cohort experience allows you to break away from that constraint and think more along a long-term horizon.
Awesome course. It provided an opportunity
to discuss new ideas and explore possible
This session was thought provoking. I appreciated getting a practical idea with follow-up help on what to think about when implementing it. Encouraging!
